A student is eligible to receive a full refund of the course purchase price if both of the following conditions are met:
1. Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original course enrollment date.
2. Course Progress Limit: The student must not have accessed or completed the third (3rd) lecture or any subsequent course material. Accessing or completing the third lecture, regardless of the 14-day window, will automatically void the refund eligibility.
This policy is designed to allow students ample time to review the introductory material and ensure the course meets their expectations before committing to the full curriculum.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. The subject line must be: Refund Request - [Your Course Name].
3. In the body of the email, please include your full name, the email address used for enrollment, and the date of purchase.
4. Briefly state the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and verify your course access history against the eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
• The refund request is submitted after the 14-day enrollment period has expired.
• The student has accessed or completed the third (3rd) lecture or any subsequent course material.
• The course was purchased during a special non-refundable promotion (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
• The student has downloaded a significant portion of the course materials (e.g., all workbooks or templates).
By enrolling in a course at Oryx Translation Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy. We encourage all prospective students to review the course outline and introductory materials thoroughly before purchasing.
In the rare event that a course is cancelled or postponed by Oryx Translation Academy before it begins, enrolled students will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrolment to a future cohort at no additional cost.
